Starting in 1991 using BMG Music Service, Squig started replacing some of his cassettes with CD versions, and also getting some newer music he’d never had before. In 1999, when moving into an apartment with 2 roommates for the first time, they went thirds on the purchase of a 301 disc CD changer (Pioneer PD-F1009) and each got 100 slots to put in whatever they wanted.
When the band broke up just 8 months later, Squig bought the other 2/3rds of the CD changer since he was the only one to really use it, and it’s still loaded up in his studio to this day with CDs. Here’s the current inventory:
